Sunny Dancer

A funny, heartfelt and life-affirming coming-of-age story starring Bella Ramsey (The Last of Us).

Seventeen-year-old Ivy has beaten cancer, but she’s struggling to find her place in the world. When her parents insist she spend the summer at a camp for teenagers affected by cancer, she is less than enthusiastic. Determined not to be treated differently, Ivy arrives at what she jokingly calls "Chemo Camp" expecting the worst.

What she finds instead is an unforgettable summer filled with friendship, first love, laughter, rebellion and a group of fellow misfits who understand exactly what she’s been through. As old fears and new possibilities collide, Ivy discovers that moving forward might mean opening herself up to life again.

Warm, witty and refreshingly honest, Sunny Dancer is an uplifting story about resilience, friendship and making every moment count.
