Full or Part Time Kitchen Porter

At The Red Carpet Cinema and Cafe Bar we are looking for a full time or part time kitchen porter to work as part of a fun, friendly team.

You will need to enjoy being busy and active and you must be a reliable and consistent - turning up on time and working hard when you're here. Your duties include cleaning, putting away deliveries, helping to prep in the kitchen and pot wash.

The pay is minimum wage (unless you have experience and then we may pay more) plus tips which usually average between 50p and £1 per hour on top of your pay.  We also pay holiday pay after your 3 months probationary period (it accrues from when you start your job) and you receive free cinema visits every month.

This position is only open to applicants who are 18 years or over, as these shifts take place during weekday daytimes.

Part Time Pot Washer - 12 hours per week

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our team on Tuesday Evenings, Saturday Evenings and Sunday Evenings. 

You will need to have a calm, methodical approach to the work and enjoy a busy, active job in a friendly environment.

Shifts timings are usually 3pm until 11pm each day, with flexibility to start at 5pm or 6pm on the Tuesday evenings if required. 

Our pay rate is the current minimum wage for your age per hour, plus tips which usually average around 50p per hour on top of your pay.  We also pay holiday pay after your 3 months probationary period (it accrues from when you start your job) and you receive free cinema visits every month. We also provide a free staff meal during your paid break.

You need to be 16 years old or over to apply for this position, but there is no upper age limit.
