The Red Carpet Cinema and Café Bar is looking for a Part-Time Kitchen Assistant to join our team.

Hours:

• Total: 16 hours per week

• Shifts: Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday (5:00 pm – 9:00 pm), Sunday (11:00 am – 3:00 pm)

Requirements:

• A calm, methodical approach to work

• Reliable and consistent, with a passion for an active, busy role

• Minimum of one year of experience in a commercial kitchen or a strong interest in cooking at home

Pay & Benefits:

• Rate: £12.50 per hour (for applicants 21+), plus an average of 70p per hour in tips

• Pay for applicants under 21 will be evaluated based on experience

• Holiday pay after a three-month probation period (accrued from the start of employment)

• Free staff meals

• Two free cinema tickets per month

• Overtime paid at the standard hourly rate

• Work schedule published three weeks in advance for better planning

• Must be 17 years or older to apply

• Must be able to commit to at least one year in the role
