Full or Part Time Front of House Supervisor
We currently have a position available for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team.
You will need to enjoy being busy and active and you must be reliable and consistent, turning up on time and working hard when you're here.
As a Supervisor, you will manage a shift, independently at times; filling in for management during quiet times on the floor.
You will need to help train and encourage other Front of House staff members and ensure you
open and close the business professionally by completing the check sheets correctly, and cashing up at the end of the night.
As a Supervisor you will also need to ensure that our customers have an outstanding Red Carpet Experience.
You will be responsible for…..
- ensuring customers have a fantastic ‘Red Carpet’ experience
- ensuring staff are on task at all times
- ensuring the restaurant and cinemas are customer ready
- ensuring food and drinks are served promptly, to the ‘Red Carpet’ standard
- ensuring our customers dining experience is completed in a timely manner, ready for their film
- ensuring customer queries are handled appropriately
- ensuring issues are raised through appropriate channels
- ensuring cashing up is completed correctly
- ensuring the building is opened and closed correctly
- being aware of the responsibility for key holding
- helping train staff members
- ensuring all staff are aware of time critical periods
- ensuring bill corrections are rectified correctly
- ensuring the correct staff are on shift at the correct time
- communicating with the team in a friendly, enthusiastic and proactive manner
- liaising with the senior team in an effective and timely manner when required
Our pay rate is £13.25 per hour, plus tips. We also pay holiday pay after your 3 months probationary period (it accrues from when you start your job) and you receive two free cinema tickets every month. You will need to have a minimum of two years of hospitality experience to apply for this position.
